Is there any form for Wasiyat? If yes, where can we get it from?
Yes, in liaison with mauzes Amilsaheb, Wasiyat forms can be obtained from Sigatul Qaza.
Can tafheem be done by khidmatguzaars to women entrepreneurs during individual approach?
Yes, khidmatguzaars who have received farmaan for TWT khidmat can perform tafheem to muminaat behno. However, Its reporting should be done to the Daeratul Aqeeq members for data collection and execution.
What to respond ‘’If a mumin bhai shows interest in leaving service and wishes to start his own business but is financially challenged’?
Delegate him to Tijaarat Raabehah for Business counselling. His case will be evaluated. Finance is a part of business, however, adequate knowledge is equally important. He can be helped by Shukraano Ne’min Dasrah (SND) scheme for counselling and financial assistance.
In a company there are 3 members in partnership. So, how will the partnership deed be made?
Partnership deeds are made firm wise. There can be unlimited partners in a firm. If a member is a partner in more than one firm then for each firm separate partnership deeds will be made.

How can a Khidmatguzaar login to DBohra website to register a mumin ?
Please refer to the DBohra Admin Login Tutorial Video that has been uploaded under the ‘DBohra’ tab. The username for all khimdmatguzaars is their ITS id whereas password will be shared with them by their respective mauzes coordinators from Idaarah HQHB.
Can a mumin conduct his business transactions on part cash and part credit ?
As per the khushi and guidance of Aqa Maula TUS, mumineen should carry out their business transactions in immediate payments (cash ma wepaar).
Can mumin conduct business in partnership with other non-mumin? Are they required to make partnership deed?
No, partnership deed is only formed between mumineen. Doing partnership with non-mumin is not recommended.
If father and son are running a business being proprietors then is there a need to make partnership deed?
Yes, if father and son are sharing profit and loss, then it falls under partnership and partnership deed should be made. However, if the father is the proprietor and compensates his son then it is not considered as partnership business.
If a father or a mother is dead, then what will be the principle of inheriting wealth amongst their biological and step children ?
Step children cannot inherit their step parents’ wealth. However, the parents can follow the clauses mentioned in Hibat or Vasiyat as applicable.
Can Husband and Wife become partners in a firm ?
Yes, Husband and Wife can be partners in a firm.
